Surety Corporate Identity
Surety, LLC is a leading provider of digital time stamps. The firm worked with IDEAS2IMAGE to establish a constant corporate identity. We selected color palettes, designed corporate collateral, and defined a visual style that was applied throughout the company’s brand.
Project Synopsis
If a company's brand is not maintained, it can slowly diverge from the firm's maturing brand identity. This was the case at Surety, where the established identity no longer represented the brand message that the time stamp firm wanted to portray. The firm had originally chosen to high contrast black and white in its collateral and logo. When the firm engaged IDEAS2IMAGE, the internal marketing team had come to the realization that the scheme was not aligned with the marketing strategy that the company wanted to pursue.
Working with Surety's staff, IDEAS2IMAGE homogenized the various visual approaches that were being used throughout the firm's website, collateral, and trade show materials. We established a clear color palette that was flexible enough to be applied across many situations; we defined fonts faces that should be used in corporate communications; and revised the firm's business cards, letterhead, and supporting materials to reflect the new visual treatment.
Process: Learn–Solve–Deliver
In the context of brand identity, our process is applied by first learning about your organization’s marketing mix, product, and target audience. We explore the qualities that define your brand, and then conduct research to gauge the brand perception in the marketplace.
We solve the core brand problems that we identify, by devising approaches that will improve brand identity or bring clarity to an established brand. The approaches that we suggest can be tested in a controlled environment to determine the best course forward.
We deliver brand improvements by creating logo designs, style guides, or strategies that address the issues that emerged during our discovery process. We refine the shape, color, and presentation of logo designs; fine tune corporate identity; and implement strategic brand initiatives.
