MicroSearch Interactive Sales Tool
IDEAS2IMAGE combined 3D modeling with interactive technology to create an interactive sales toll for ENSCO's MicroSearch product.
Project Synopsis
ENSCO, Inc. produces a powerful heartbeat detection system, called MicroSearch. This cutting-edge sensor system can detect the heartbeat of a human that is hiding in vehicles. As great as the technology is, it is more than the business development team wanted to carry during sales visits. ENSCO asked IDEAS2IMAGE to develop an interactive sales tool that would help business development team convey the strengths of MicroSearch.
IDEAS2IAMGE developed an interactive sales presentation for ENSCO that explained the benefits of the MicroSearch system then depicted its use in a border and cargo inspection scenario. The scenarios were created as virtual case studies using 3D modelling software. The user interface of the piece was built to mirror established MicroSearch brand elements. IDEAS2IMAGE created the sales presentation tool using Adobe Flash™, XML, and 3D Graphics. Although built in Flash, the presentation is not meant to be distributed to an online audience. Instead, ENSCO loaded and distributed the tool on to USB “jump” drives.
The content that is displayed in the sales presentation can be easily updated by replacing images or text files that are stored alongside the Flash file. When in the field, ENSCO’s business development team can present to prospective clients by using the stand-alone Flash Player or a web browser with the Flash plug-in.
