Northern Virginia is quickly changing as the area attracts new residents and businesses. For established neighborhoods, like Bailey’s Crossroads, it is imperative to attract these newcomers. The Bailey’s Crossroads Revitalization Corporation (BCRC) is charged with spearheading these efforts.

The Bailey’s Crossroads are has a rich history that includes a large scale troop review by President Lincoln.
