In support of Commonwealth Trading Partners’ (CTP) contract with the U.S. Department of State, IDEAS2IMAGE developed a web-based e-learning course to train foreign enforcement agencies in industry outreach. The program is designed to be used by a diverse mixed language audience. To facilitate effective communication to users of the e-learning course, IDEAS2IMAGE created embedded animations to demonstrate specific scenarios and approaches.
The e-learning system is also designed to be easily updated by the Department of State. Content that is presented within the course can be quickly modified by nontechnical staff. The system is designed to support non-English languages, and may be expanded in the future to offer language selection by the course participant.
